OPA Group is a private accountability group for men 35+ who already know what to do — but need consistency for the next 6–12 months.
Why I Built OPA Group
I started training again after 40. I lost 17kg — but the biggest lesson wasn’t a secret workout or diet.
The hardest part was showing up when motivation disappeared. I tried things that failed. I had weeks where life got messy. What worked was simple: consistency, accountability, and a community that keeps you moving forward.
OPA Group is the group I wish I had when I needed structure — without pressure, hype, or complicated plans.
Why OPA Group Exists
Most men over 35 don’t fail because they don’t know what to do. They fail because it’s hard to stay consistent when no one is watching.
Life gets busy. Motivation drops. Weeks are missed. And without accountability, it’s easy to quietly stop and never restart.
OPA Group exists to solve that problem. Not with programs, diets, or coaching — but with a shared commitment to keep showing up, even when progress is slow or imperfect.
This is not about being extreme. It’s about having a place where consistency matters more than intensity, and coming back always counts.
Real Progress. Real People.
No filters. No hype. Just showing up — workouts, steps, and honest updates.
Weekly check-ins
Members share what they did — and what they’ll do next.
Progress screenshots
Workout logs, step counts, habit streaks — simple and real.
Community momentum
You see others showing up. They see you. That changes everything.

FAQ
Do I need to be fit already?
No. OPA Group is for regular men 35+ who already know the basics — but struggle to stay consistent. You start exactly where you are.
Is this a workout or diet program?
No. OPA Group is not a program. I don’t sell workouts or nutrition plans. You choose what works for you, and the group helps you stay consistent with it.
What do I actually do each week?
You post a simple weekly check-in — workouts done, steps, mindset. That’s it. Seeing others show up is the accountability.
How much time does this take?
A few minutes for a weekly check-in, plus optional reading and interaction. This is designed to fit real life, not take it over.
What if I miss a week or stop posting?
Nothing bad happens. No guilt, no pressure, no restarting. You come back when you’re ready — and the group is still there.
How is this different from online coaching?
Online coaching depends on motivation and instructions. OPA Group works because you’re visible to the group. Accountability comes from showing up together — not from being told what to do.
How long should I stay in OPA Group?
You can stay as long as you want, but real consistency is usually built over 6–24 months, not quick fixes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s monthly, no contracts. Stay as long as it helps you stay consistent.
You don’t need a new plan.
You need consistency.
Get early accessNo pressure. No shame. Just show up.

Missing the Gym Doesn’t Mean Failure
When Consistency Gets Interrupted Missing the gym doesn’t break consistency — quitting does. For almost 20 months, I stayed consistent with the gym. Not perfect — but steady.
