Weekly Report #102— The Most Boring Fitness Channel (That Actually Works)

Welcome to OPA Fit. My name is Dima Savisky, and this is week #102 of my consistency journey.
Over the last two years, I’ve lost about 18 kg (around 40 lbs).

I’m reviving these weekly reports for one reason: accountability.
I’m not trying to win the fitness industry or chase the “best transformation.”
I’m just showing what I actually do — and encouraging other people to keep going.

Why I Call This the Most Boring Fitness Channel

Because weight loss and a healthy lifestyle are boring.
Not easy — just boring.
The results come from doing simple things consistently, even when nothing exciting happens.

Week #102Summary

  • Workouts: 2 gym sessions (fast, simple, intense — usually 2 sets per exercise)
  • Steps: 29,024 steps total
  • Tracking note: steps were counted for 5 days only

Next week I’ll report a full 7-day steps total.
This week (5 days) comes out to roughly ~5,800 steps per day on average.
