My Story

My name is Dima Savisky. On March 4, 2023, at 44 years old, I decided to take responsibility for my health. However, I didn’t choose extremes or shortcuts — just consistency.

Over the next 20 months, I lost 18 kg (about 40 lbs) without training every day. Instead, I worked out 2 times a week, followed 16-hour intermittent fasting, and focused on habits that could actually be maintained long term.

Throughout this journey, I shared the whole process publicly — progress, setbacks, and slow weeks. Eventually, I realized that most people don’t fail because they don’t know what to do. Rather, they fail because they try to do it alone.

FEES

FEES is a simple framework I follow: Fasting, Exercising, Eating, Sleeping.

There are no complicated plans or requirements for perfect weeks. It’s simply about tracking the basics and staying honest with yourself.

When one area slips for a week, you don’t quit. Instead, you adjust and keep moving forward.

OPA Fit Private Group

OPA Fit is a private accountability group, limited to 200 people maximum. Importantly, this is not coaching and not a fitness program.

Instead, we move together as a community. We check in regularly and share both progress and setbacks. When you miss a week, you simply come back — no judgment.
